Brilliance Educare Centre, Popularly known as B. E. C (Be Easy) started functioning in Jan 2008. It is the first comprehensive tuition Centre in Auckland, offering afterschool tuitions for all school subjects. It is managed by Brilliance Educare NZ Ltd, a private limited company registered under the NZ companies act. Mr.Raji Chacko (M.Sc,B.Ed,PGDME) and Mrs. Lotus Raji (M.Sc,M.Ed) are the directors of the company. It is currently located at 20, Frost Road, very near to Mt Roskill Schools, and has connections to all nearby suburbs by bus, with good frequency. We concentrate mainly on after school tuitions, however, we run vacation classes as well. On week days, classes start at 3.30 pm and end at 8.30 pm. We work from 10 am to 6 pm on Saturdays, but there are no classes on Sundays. We offer tuitions for all subjects from year 1 to year 13, for NCEA, Cambridge and I.B syllabus. We specialize in Mathematics, Science (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology), English and Accounting. We also conduct classes for Engineering Maths and Commercial Maths. Most of our students have performed remarkably well in their internal and final external examinations during the past years, and that has made us very popular in a very short span of time. In 2013 NCEA Exams, 95% of our students attained Excellence or Merit Endorsement and fulfilled our motto- “Aiming for Excellence”. Many of our Cambridge Students scored A* or A grades in IGCSE/AS/A level exam. All our Y 13 students have gained University entrance in courses of their choice. Most of our past students are currently studying prestigious courses (Health science, Engineering, Architecture, Law etc.) at leading universities such as Auckland University, A.U.T, University of Sydney, Melbourne University, Monash University and California Institute of Technology (CALTEC).
